Upon placing your order, I will book you into my diary for making. This could range between 2-4 weeks depending on workload so please contact me prior to booking if you need the Hoodie quickly. It is the buyers responsibility to get the clothes to me at their own cost. With the nature of the items being so sentimental I would advise sending via a tracked postal service. I will require them within a week of placing your order so I can plan my time accordingly.
 
The postal address to send the baby clothes will be on your confirmation email that you receive after placing your order. Please add a note to your parcel including your name and order number.
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If ordering a gift that requires personalisation, please double check the spelling that you leave for me in the box. I print how it is spelt; I cannot be responsible for misspelling where the mistake made was not my error. Please remember personalised items are exempt from my returns policy and will need to be re purchased if errors occur.
